Our process is simple - bring your bicycle into the store and one of our mechanics will put the bike in a stand and provide an evaluation while you wait. This allows us to let you know what is going on with your bicycle and also provide you an opportunity to relay any additional issues that affect your ride.
We don't want to sell you a full tune up if you only need a rear derailleur adjustment. Additionally, we can quickly notice items that may affect your bicycles performance and potential safety issues that you didn't realize.
Once our mechanics have evaluated your bicycle, you can determine which repairs you'd like done. We then advise when your bicycle will be complete and ready for pickup. Our turnaround time is usually one day.
